Do you keep a list of all the books you read/listen to? Well, I went through a phase a few years ago in which I made miniature books to keep a record instead.
I listened to the whole ‘Seven Sisters’ series by Lucinda Riley as I’m a sucker for a bit of bubble gum ‘historical’ fiction. Pleiades also holds my imagination as cultures all over the word have stories that connect them with this star cluster – including here in Aotearoa – Matariki.
At the library recently I was gifted some little jars…
Of course, I then thought I had created a ‘thing’ – books in jars – but the internet soon told me otherwise.
Helping Alan out during our last four gelli printing workshops inspired me to do some printing of my own!
Now the series sits under it’s own star cluster and I’m chuffed about how cute it is!
